
Edouard Colonerus, C.C.C. Master Chef Manager Toques Blanches Golden Horseshoe Culinary Team 2002
Master Chef Edouard Colonerus was born in Belgium. His culinary career began with training at a Belgian and Swiss hotel school. Edouard then worked with many leading hotel chains in the Worls, such as the Caribean, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Holland,Chile, Peru, Japan,United States of America and Canada. In 1998, The Toques Blanches Golden Horseshoe Culinary Team with Edouard as Manager, visited Edouards native land to compete in the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg. They returned heavily laden with gold, and the World Cup trophy for the best Regional Team. These medals were added to Edouards extensive collection of over 50 awards for culinary excellence from around the world.
